• All the accommodation in the wooden house is on the same level and comprises a large living room with corner kitchen, a large table and chairs to seat five, settee and easy chairs.

• There are french doors looking over the private garden.

• The hallway leads to three bedrooms, giving one double, one twin and one single bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet.

• Outside is a private enclosed garden with trees, garden furniture, large barbeque and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and access to the valley with the wildlife lake.

• To the rear is a car port garage.

• Back along the lane is a common area and an open "club house" and workshop space available for all to use.

• Smoking is not permitted within the Wooden House.
