All the accommodation in the wooden house is on the same level and comprises a large living room with corner kitchen, a large table and chairs to seat five, settee and easy chairs. There are french doors looking over the private garden. The hallway leads to three bedrooms, giving one double, one twin and one single bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Smoking is not permitted within the wooden house. Outside is a private enclosed garden with trees, garden furniture, large barbeque and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and access to the valley with the wildlife lake. To the rear is a car port garage. Back along the lane is a common area and an open "club house" and workshop space available for all to use.
